Our CNC milling services include 3-axis milling and 5-axis simultaneous milling. The maximum work area for 3-axis milling is 4,000 x 2,500 x 2,800 mm (x/y/z) with a table load of up to 10,000 kg. For 5-axis simultaneous milling, the maximum work area is 1,200 x 1,300 x 800 mm (x/y/z) with a table load of up to 3,000 kg. We machine steel, stainless steel and aluminium with the highest precision.

Our CNC turning machines offer a maximum turning diameter of 1,600mm and a maximum turning length of 4,500mm. We machine steel, stainless steel and aluminium with high precision.

We design, manufacture and assemble steel machine housings, frames and support structures to the highest quality standards. Using precision welding and state-of-the-art technology, we meet the exacting demands of the engineering industry, providing durable, robust and tailor-made constructions.

We balance rotor weights from 20kg to 2,000kg and rotor speeds from 120rpm to 2,200rpm. Using the latest technology, we ensure precise balancing of rotating components to minimise vibration and maximise service life.

We offer sandblasting and painting services in-house. Our preparation results achieve Sa 2.5 and are suitable for steel and stainless steel. Components up to a size of 5,900 x 2,300 x 2,300 mm can be processed. After sandblasting, a professional painting process is carried out to ensure optimum protection and long component life.
