We, Tschurtschenthaler Turbinenbau GmbH, would like to inform you that, in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR), we process your personal data when you contact us or use our services. This data is either provided directly by you or transmitted by third parties (e.g. public directories). We guarantee that the processing will be carried out in accordance with the legal requirements, in particular with regard to the protection of the rights and freedoms of the persons concerned.

Deletion of data:

Hosting and email delivery:

The hosting services we use provide the infrastructure, storage and security services we need to operate this website. In doing so, we process inventory data, contact data, content data, contract data, usage data, meta data and communication data of users on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO).


Collection of access data and log files:

On the basis of our legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO), our hosting provider collects data about every access to the server on which this service is located (so-called server log files). The access data includes:

  • Name of the requested website
  • The file
  • Date and time of access
  • Amount of data transferred
  • Report of successful retrieval
  • Browser type and version
  • User’s operating system
  • Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
  • IP address and requesting provider

This log file information is retained for a maximum of 7 days for security purposes (e.g. to investigate abuse or fraud) and then deleted.


Social media presence:

We maintain an online presence on social networks and platforms to communicate with and inform customers, prospects and users about our services. In this case, user data is processed outside the EU. This data may be used by the providers for market research and advertising purposes.

Inclusion of third party services and content:

On the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR), we use content or service offers of third parties within our online offer in order to integrate their content and services (such as videos or fonts).

This includes in particular:

  • Google Fonts: We integrate fonts provided by Google LLC.
  • Google Maps: We incorporate maps from Google Maps.
